In addition to the ethical guidelines, we also follow the VINCI Group’s Anti‑Corruption Code of Conduct and operate in accordance with the Human Rights Guide.
We have an EU Directive (EU) 2019/1937 compliant Whistleblowing procedure in place. We use the VINCI Group’s common Whistleblowing platform for submitting potential reports.
To support compliance with these rules, policies and guidelines have been established regarding, among other things, safety, environment, quality and gender equality — for example, the UN Global Compact.
